Orange travels in OH-RA-GON

Well I have almost been In Oregon for a week and it is nice so far. The weather has been great and not too much rain. I got my car washed and not 20 min later it started to pour and that just seems to happen everytime i wash the car. Guess I should not wash it anymore hahah. . . The drive through Nevada up to Oregon was really quite pretty it was raining the entire time. the first stop i came to for gas was in Adel Or. and I was thrown for a loop when the lady said that I couldnt pump my own gas and that she had to do it for me. I said ok well that sounds alright. The price for gas blew my mind. it was 4.75 and here in eugene it is 3.99 a gallon but that is cause they had to inflate the price a bit cause they are paying people to come and pump it for you. Just the other day I went to wendys to get some food and they actually had their own gas station. It was called Wendys Gas-N-Go. The things that I am seeing here are quite weird but the people are very nice

Getting ready for a transition can leave you feeling like youre on a Teeder Todder!!!!

Well I am packing up and getting ready to move up to Oregon for a few months, and then off to South Dakota for a short time as well. I am excited and not wantin to go at the same time. I remember on the mission we would always say that change is good, and that the most constant is change. With out change I dont think that we would be able to learn, grow, or become better as a people or individuals. My mom will yet again be receiving a phone call on mothers day, and I wont be a part of the family vacations this summer. But that is ok!! I am excited to get away, earn some money and have a good time. Act as if I have a clean slate and nothing can hold me back.
